FAQ
Is it important that the person that I meet with during my estimate have Concrete Field experience as an installer?
Yes, it is very Important. Without actual daily experience in solving concrete problems an estimator may be tempted to over-promise to get the sale. Some Estimators may not have the expertise to recommend the right longterm solution. Each concrete surface has unique challenges that may require creative solutions. It is important that the person you meet with knows how to address these challenges. All of Socal's Estimators are actual installers. In fact, in most cases your SoCal Estimator will be on site during installation. We're there from Concept to Completion.
Does SoCal sub out the installation to low paid workers?
No, SoCal has it's own highly trained staff that take pride in they're workmanship. In rare cases Socal does on occasion hire out for demolition services, but never for installation.
What kind of training do SoCal installers have?
We require all installers to go to periodic manufacturer training classes.
How much concrete experience does the SoCal team have?
Our Team at SoCal has over 35 years combined experience. In fact Socal's main Foreman/Owner comes from a family of concrete experts going back to his father and grandfather. At SoCal, It's not just a trade to us but a passion and tradition. We invite you to become a part of the SoCal family.
Has SoCal received any awards or accolades for they're achievements in concrete?
SoCal Custom Concrete received the prestigious Certificate of Accomplishment from Elite Crete Systems for its achievement in 2006. We value our customer feedback more then any concrete award we have received. We like doing good work and especially like it when our customers appreciate it.
