What kind of Epoxy Floor systems are available?
There are many different epoxy floor system available. Some are just pigmented colors for a solid color look. This is the most basic epoxy floor system.
Other higher quality epoxy floor systems use aggregates for different looks such as Decorative Quartz or vinyl flake epoxy systems. (see pictures) The installer of the epoxy garage floor typically starts with a solid color epoxy and "Broadcasts" the Aggregate on the top of the wet epoxy. The epoxy floor installer then comes back when this is dry and puts another clear coat of epoxy over the aggregate.
